At Kabul Carpet, each rug is individually handmade by skilled artisans, and we take great pride in the quality and uniqueness of our products. Because of the handcrafted nature of our rugs, slight variations in size, color, or design are natural and celebrated as part of their authenticity.

Returns & Exchanges

Customers are welcome to return an purchased item to Kabul Carpet UK within 7 days for a full refund. Items returned after 7 days but within 3 weeks may be exchanged for another item of the same value, or issued as a credit note.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that it was received. To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your refund has been approved, you can expect to receive the funds within 7 days.

Custom & Special Orders: Custom-made, bespoke, or specially sized rugs are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Shipping & Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the rug arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service for returns.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your rug arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Final Sale Items

Sale or clearance rugs are sold as-is and are non-returnable.
