Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your rug.
The rug must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.
Custom or made-to-order rugs are non-refundable unless damaged or defective upon delivery.

We will provide return instructions and a return authorization number. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Once we receive and inspect the returned rug, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different item, please return the original rug and place a new order separately.
